The establishment was closed for the weekend, therefore no attendent was available. Using the app in that location was spotty due to reception. We tried numerous times to enter the data, take pictures of the odometer and gas level and answer the questions to no avail. We left the key and drove away. We got another message from uhaul afterward giving different instructions about scanning a barcode and dropping off the contract with the key in the drop box. Between the difficulty with the app initially and the contradicting instructions after we dropped off, I called the help number on the contract. The gentleman was very helpful and said he would take care of the drop information. After a single day of moving we were tired and this was frustrating.

The proprietors of this location were very accommodating when I called the day before for a rental. The truck was very clean, and the check-in and check-out process very efficient. This is a very friendly business as well!
LARRY SPick up location should be more knowledgeable on if there will be reimbursement. They told me I should receive some money back if dropped off sooner than contract allows
