Added fees that weren't justified. Extra Day, extra coverage, extra fuel. Had to remedy with the website chat who were very helpful. In his defense he did offer to assist but wasn't at the office at the time of my call and suggested i go to the national website after i asked if that was best option to remedy.

They are closed on Sunday but someone was there so he helped me. I was supposed to return it to 712a Main Street, Greer, SC. They were supposed to be open but nobody was there.

I was charged Smart Move after telling the gentleman I did NOT want that due to a very short travel distance. I paid for an Appliance dolly and received a utility dolly and was told it was the same thing and same price which was a lie. So far I have got NO RESOLUTION! I need my refund owed to me.

I went to return a uhaul trailer at 9:30am. No one was there. I had to wait 30 minutes and a guy finally arrived. I claimed for late arrival and he said I am the owner and I can come whenever I want.he said I dont care about Uhaul business hour. I am the owner of this store and I dont care about google maps business starting hour. My return time was until 10:13am and I could get charged extra money if he were more late

Was told on the Uhaul app I would get $28 off price if I returned to this location which was 30 minutes away from the Uhaul by my house, they only send receipt by email so i get home and see i have been ripped off the $28 was not taken off The Uhaul person was not there had to have someone from another department wait on me

The customer service rep. was extremely helpful and nice. Great representative of Customer Service. After he attached the trailer he did a safety check to ensure it was attached and all lights were functioning. Please recognize this person!
