The owner is very rude and a bad representative of u haul company scammed me for the dolly and I had to cancel it

The drop off location was where I had chosen. There were live people to speak with. Again, the checkout process was easy to follow, but long. The self check in and out perhaps wouldn’t have been an issue had I known ahead of time that’s what I would be doing. They were both handled in a time crunch, which ultimately leads to aggravation.
