Jane SealsI rented this uhaul with other equipment on September 29th. I did not receive any of the other equipment, dolly, furniture rollers, etc. and was charged an extra $75 a month and a half later on November 13th when I brought the uhaul back exactly as I rented it.

Thomas DykeI have no complaints about the particular location. In fact, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed about the whole U-Haul logistics, and the friendly staff at this location was the only thing that made my experience not terrible. I booked a 10' truck 4 days in advance and got a confirmation letter from U-Haul. However, when I went to the location, they told me they didn't have the car. I drove 15 min. to another location and they told me the only car they had had a flat tire. The staff (there was only one in the entire store!) told me he would try to fix it. He returned 30 min. later, saying that he wasn't able to fix it and asked me to drive another 20 min. to yet another location or I had to rent a smaller truck. He said if I went to the other place, they would reimburse the extra miles. However, they only reimburse one trip, even though I would have to drive the extra miles back to return the car. Another customer who made no reservation and came in after me got his car as a walk-in. So what is the point of making the reservation if it only guarantees that you "have a car," at whatever location and whichever size? I am not trying to be racist, but the staff at the second location and the customer who got his car as a walk-in were both black; while I and the customer before me, both Asian, experienced so many hurdles and couldn't get a car after an hour even though I had made a reservation in advance. I ended up going back to Tradition Market & Garden because someone canceled their reservation. The owners were super sweet and quickly checked us in within 5 minutes. I will give Tradition Market & Garden 5 stars. On the other hand, if I can give U-Haul negative 5 stars, I certainly will.

Emily SeigelUhaul customer service is really bad. The representative who picked up the phone are either useless or don't care to try to help your problem. When I tried to use the share 24/7 the system is really bad. The truck was not ready, and it didn't even have the dollys. When I called, they solved nothing. I had to wait until the office whre I picked up the truck opened. There, the agent was great and solve me the problem.

Robert FloodDid not have my utility dolly for me even though I reserved it. Staff was nice, but all they said was, "There's nothing we can do. This is on U-Haul's end." Made the move significantly more challenging and time consuming. If you can't support local service providers, at least let your customers know ahead of time so they can plan accordingly. I would have happily drove to an actual U-Haul location if I knew this was going to be a problem.

I gave them my driving license but then they wanted my passport but because my passport is British they wouldn’t accept it so then I had to include my green card as well. They then had three different versions of my ID But insisted that I give them a friends phone number to confirm who I am!!! I said to the guy how fucking stupid is this how are they supposed to know anything about my IDs they could be anyone
Joe ChambersThe U-Haul location was excellent. The employees there were helpful, friendly, kind, understanding and went way out of their way. However, U-Haul‘s website caused a lot of unnecessary stress for me, it wound up wasting the time of the employees, and I paid close to $50 more than what I was quoted online due to some glitches in the website. Even the customer service agent on the phone at U-Haul corporate was incredibly helpful, but U-Haul put their IT issues back on the individual location, and that’s not fair. I understand that customers make errors, and I own them when I make them. But if every employee is aware that the website is a problem, that is an IT issue.

Marvella CastanedaI waited for 2 hours at the location from 8am to 10am because you had falsely listed that the vehicle could be picked up using the mobile app. When I spoke to the location manager at 10am (when he arrived), he said that the keys were always inside and given out manually after a vehicle check… so I have no idea why you would list the truck available at 8am.
