The guy reviewing my ID through the app was a complete idiot!! I gave them my driving license but then they wanted my passport but because my passport is British they wouldn't accept it so then I had to include my green card as well. They then had three different versions of my ID But insisted that I give them a friends phone number to confirm who I am!!! I said to the guy how fucking stupid is this how are they supposed to know anything about my IDs they could be anyoneJoe C.
The U-Haul location was excellent. The employees there were helpful, friendly, kind, understanding and went way out of their way. However, U-Haulâ€˜s website caused a lot of unnecessary stress for me, it wound up wasting the time of the employees, and I paid close to $50 more than what I was quoted online due to some glitches in the website. Even the customer service agent on the phone at U-Haul corporate was incredibly helpful, but U-Haul put their IT issues back on the individual location, and that's not fair. I understand that customers make errors, and I own them when I make them. But if every employee is aware that the website is a problem, that is an IT issue.ReBecca V.

Please fix your listing for Tradition Car Wash to reflect that this is NOT a 24/7 pick up location. You could've saved six frustrated groups of people some time and not had the poor employees trying to scramble to fix YOUR problem.Jason W.

I waited for 2 hours at the location from 8am to 10am because you had falsely listed that the vehicle could be picked up using the mobile app. When I spoke to the location manager at 10am (when he arrived), he said that the keys were always inside and given out manually after a vehicle checkâ€¦ so I have no idea why you would list the truck available at 8am.Spencer R.

The customer service at this location was really great. I went a little out of my way to use this location because of other positive reviews and I'm glad I did. The only real downside was not being able to leave my car there while I rented a vehicle from them, but that is apparently u-haul policy so not much they can do there. They helped me check-in in person, and when the van's low tire pressure sensor came on they helped get them aired up asap. Thanks so much for all your help and I will definitely recommend this location to any friends looking for truck rentals.APRIL B.

Very good job. Robbie is a friendly guy, and the U-Haul truck was in great shape... Only downside, it burned a LOT of gas. $45 for 100 miles. That's too much!FREDERIC B.
I returned with app. I had a little trouble with the app/electronic return because it wouldn't accept some of my login information after multiple tries. I was able to use the app to return and the process was fine. We returned the truck (swept and with more gas) in better shape than we received it. Hopefully they will not charge for the dirty floormats since I wasn't able to take a photo prior to using the truck.Edward D.
