I tried to drop off where the location was on the night I was to bring it back. I dropped it off before 8am the next day, but there was another uhaul trailer parking, when I got back around the block and went in, it took a while for the person to come out (who appreard to be someone who cleans the hotel) and said "just put it somewhere where there is an open parking spot". I did as told and no-one was around to check it in. It was after 9am where I recieved an electronic reciept and it charged me an extra day for drop off. I did not need nor did I want to have the trailer in my postion an extra day. I was charged for nothing. I would not recommend this drop off and would not have agreed to it if I knew I was going to be charged an extra day.

The truck was perfect. The trailer that we rented at the same time had a minor catch. The strap that secured one wheel in the front was a bear to disengage but the rest of the experience was great. Thank you, U-Haul.

Was a hotel, person who helped me didn't work for uhaul. Never communicated with uhaul employee at drop off. Hotel employee took my keys and contract but told me they didn't know anything about uhaul side of business. When I rented truck the employee could not tell me where to drop it off. Had to call when I arrived. Poor experience.

very small lot. called to dropoff, arrived 10-15 minutes later and no one there. rang bells, yelled, called 2 numbers and finally got ahold of the guy. friendly but just said to leave it and he would take care of it. oh well........

There were pieces of cut tile on trail at time of pickup. Then I checked lug nuts on trailer at first stop and passenger side tires were loose. I had to tighten.

Rental company needs to do a better job with keeping their trailers in better condition. I had to tell them no on 2 of the 4 trailers because the tires were either flat or had hardly any tread left. I told them to make sure the trailer was in good condition because I was pulling it for moving 1900 miles across country but they didn't. They also made me hook up the trailer and didn't inspect it before I left. Luckily I've hooked up many trailers before. Nice guy running the place but he needs to tighten up his business.

This location is a very small motel in a small town with a SMALL parking lot which should be saved for those staying there. Instead, there were 2 large uhaul trucks in the lot. I also had to explain to the person helping me with the return what I was doing, where the rental had originated (all on the paperwork I gave him) and the process took 30 minutes.
