Whoever is at the office to check in and out was not there at this location. I had to call the 1-866 number for them to contact someone to come to the “open” office with no one there. Once corporate called a contact number they were able to check me over the phone and through text link. Drop off wasn’t much better as there wasn’t anyone readily available to help check back in the rental. Good rental…poor customer service. I would choose a different rental location in Lewistown.

BRET CThere were pieces of cut tile on trail at time of pickup. Then I checked lug nuts on trailer at first stop and passenger side tires were loose. I had to tighten.
