Michael MEvery time I rent from U-Haul, I see more and more equipment in need of replacement. While things are clean, equipment fails, such as taillight or brake lights fail, or are intermittent enroute. liftgate doors do not work with ease, door spring adjustment make lifting doors harder than they should be, truck interiors are worn and dates. and the list goes on. When I first started to rent equipment in the early 70's, these problems were non-existent. in the 90's and 00's I was always pleased with the trucks I rented. The last few rentals have not been as enjoyable. Maybe it's time to start replacing some of the older with newer.

MITCHELL UMobile App is extremely cumbersome. Annoyingly so. Much of the info could have been provided ahead of time, not in front of the truck. It was worse than talking to a person, which I try to avoid. And having to call a contact on the spot? Stupid.
Perry CWe did a “Self Return” after hours, so we didn’t go inside or interact with personnel there. The exterior of the location was well-kept. The self return was easy to do.
