How U-Haul Reviews WorkBobby was exceptional from the minute he answered the phone. My husband and I had a slightly unusual scenario but Bobby was not only up to the challenge, he excelled in his pursuit and I was beginning to understand why he has such a high customer review rating. When I met him to pick up the truck, he exceeded my expectations again. THANK YOU, Bobby, for making at least one aspect of our situation go smoothly ... it set the tone for the undertaking for which we needed the truck. I truly cannot recommend Trails End Storage enough ... we may not have had a need for the storage space but the customers coming in while I was completing paperwork for our U-Haul truck rental were all treated like family so I can only assume they are happy too.
Jill SOne of the tires was not in good shape. We pointed it out, but were told it was fine. That tire delaminated and blew while we were on the highway.
