MICHAEL MBooked through the app but when I arrived there were two of us that had to rebook because they had no knowledge of the app. This did not allow me to remove some defaulted charges such as safedrive @ $15.00/day. I called HQ and was told there was nothing they could do and it would have to be dealt with at the local dealer who proceeded to tell me to contact HQ. I ordered a dolly that I didn't receive (again 2 customers with the same issue) and then I received a phone calls days after my returning the vehicle and was told I lost a dolly. Clearly, this is anything but a good experience and I have no choice but to dispute the charges via my credit card company, since neither the local dealer or HQ could assist.

MARTIN HI’m not sure why there’s a refueling charge on my receipt. I put in 3gal when I returned the vehicle. I also took some photos of the mileage and fuel gauge when i picked up the vehicle and also took photos when i returned it. Will you be able to help in removing the fuel charge? I can provide photos if needed
