Had to wait 30 minutes after my pickup appointment for the owner to show up to give me the key. Back of the truck had debris in it. Unprofessional.

Jodie MClerk was sleeping when I arrived. No paper work. Took my DL picture on personal phone. Didn’t know what to do. Called boss for instructions. Had to hook up trailer myself. Safety chains were incorrectly attached. Ramp spring broken. Hard to lift ramp. Dropped off no paper work. Will never go back. Great liability for customer and U-Haul.
