The location is not well marked and hard to find. The trailer had an almost flat tire which we discovered later. Upon returning the trailer after 4 hours the shop was closed? At noon?

DENNIS VI had a booking at another location at the langley uhaul storage location. I booked it for 2 days from 10am Saturday to 10am monday. I showed up around 1pm to pick the trailer up only to be told it was canceled because I booked it for 10am and its 1pm. I booked it for a while 2 days and was paying for 2 days, it should not matter what time I pick it up start using it since I was paying and booked it for 2 whole days. I was furious. I needed that trailer asap and had to phone around to find another location that had one. Uhaul is very disappointing as a company and I will be looking for other alternatives moving forward for my trailer needs.

Micheal BThis was the worst experience I have every had with UHaul. We reserved a trailer 3 weeks ahead of time. 2 days before our booking the time, location and size of our trailer was changed. We had to call to get a closer location. When we showed up there was no one there. We had to call customer service and they had to contact business. They were 15 minutes late. The trailer ended up being way to small and UHaul tried to make us drive 1-2 hours away to get the next size trailer. We were forced to get an even larger trailer from this location for over $800 more. We had no other choice as we were moving out province that morning and had no other way to move our belongings. I would never recommend or use UHaul again.

AMBROSE RCalled and spoke to person that only spoke Spanish and there english limited and explained extending truck and never communicated and had police arrive at my location. Very embarrassing in front of people. Very unhappy and Stephanie was rude and nasty and police officer was nice and understood . Truck returned

Michael OTruck parked in front of office so it was difficult to see and no one was there until pick up time. We asked someone from another business if we were in the right place.
SHERYL MIt is difficult for me to give any evaluation of this location as it was closed when I dropped off the trailer. The evaluation does not reflect the location when it is open. Your app and the phone service worked very well for the drop off.

DALVINDER MThe location and Staff were great... my only complaint was the fuel mileage of the truck was horrible.. we were not carrying that large of a load, all the road was flat, however we burned 46 L of fuel and drove 180 km which in my opinion is very poor

MONIQUE DMy pick up was late because the person wasn’t there and I only received 4 out of 6 blankets when I paid for half a dozen.
Jen TI informed the location that we would be travelling on the Coquihalla mountain pass and required good tires and well maintained truck. He told me he was giving us the best truck. However, the tires did not look safe for the winter conditions and chains were not on the truck or offered. This caused serious delay for our move.

LISA KI reserved and selected a drop off location and AFTER I PAID you moved the drop off location TO ANOTHER CITY and didn’t even notify me and I only saw this by seeing it in the emailed contract along with a note saying I’d be charged extra if I returned the truck to THE LOCATION I SELECTED on YOUR SITE which was available when I reserved it.

MARGARET SI rented a 20 foot truck. It broke down you gave me a 26 foot truck for the same price which was nice but I also reserve two dollies and when my 20 foot truck broke down you gave the dollies away and I could not use them. Very disappointing.

Cory CThanks again, really great and convenient rental! The cost was not very competitive, definitely not $19.95 as advertized. Which is more of a complaint with the head office, but the service I received was 1st class!
DAVID GI loved the Mobile check out and check in. The small hiccup was I didn't check to see if the dolly I rented for $16 was in the back. It wasn't. I couldn't navigate how to state that at the drop off.

HENSON GHave the options to have seperate transactions cash and credit card or debit. Uhaul almost stranded me in Vancouver because they would not take cash or separate transactions. This must STOP! the extra stress was not worth it and the dealer seemed to be "stuck" on the stringent rules Uhaul has. I will probably rent Budget or Enterprise from now on due to lack of understanding of the problem plus uhaul is run by the US and should be run by Canadians.
MICHAEL MBim assisted me and was very helpful with the paperwork through to connecting the trailer to my hitch and checking the lights with me.
STEWART OI was never given a code for the truck share on my app. I didn’t have that option online for some reason even though I was scheduled to pick the truck up after hours. I got my truck almost 3 hours late. My movers had to stay an hour late. During this time I called U-Haul multiple times and was put on hold for 2 hours total. Finally, someone was able to help and called someone after hours to come to the location to help me with the truck. It took that person 40 minutes to get to the location when I was told 15-20 minutes. After I returned the truck, I received a call from the U-Haul location saying I didn’t drop the truck/trailer off? They called back 3 times. I guess they found it because I never got a call back after that. Probably one of the most stressful moving experiences of my life.

Roland MZero issues with the location. U-Haul corporate changed around our reservation from a one way to a round trip, and tried to tell me the trailer was unavailable until 2pm, and then when I told them that wouldn't work, it was magically going to be ready at 8am when this location opened.
DALE REquipment was not working … I have to wait for 2 hours over there really bad experience…. Person on location was really helpful… he told me this is one way equipment.. it is not well maintained … he work really hard to repair that equipment.

DAVID JCheck in was quick; trailer was loaded onto my vehicle right away; office is a bit hard to find as it's in a complex of buildings, but you just follow the Uj-Haul equipment.
