Aabid JThe pick up procedure was painful…website states they take visa debit but they said no only credit. We drove as far as Harrison and the front right tire started to have issues. Whoever replaced the front tire recently did not do it correct and the hub was coming off therefore if we kept driving it the tire would have come off. Mechanic came and could not repair so we waited on side or road for 5 hours. Uhaul finally decided to have the whole truck towed to our destination. It overall was an extremely frustrating situation and looking back now the one thing that did stand out was the customer service reps. Each one of the 6 or so we dealt with were very friendly and eager to help us. I do not blame Uhaul as they sub rent their trucks out but I 1000% do NOT recommend renting from Transforce in Langley!
