They called us RE: returning the uhaul within a certain timeframe or we would have a $100.00 charge, when our documents noted we had drop off at anytime during the day. We had not previously been informed of a drop off time - this was not ok.

ROBERT HNot enough toy hauler trailers local. This one I could only have for 6 hours because there was another rental after. I had to drive 32km past 4-6 other dealers to get to this one.
