The enclosed trailer I rented had no way of removing it from the hitch except manually trying to lift it off. I had a situation when the trailer was loaded and I needed to remove it so I could go pick something else up with my truck but the trailer had no jack so I had to unload the trailer completely so I was able to lift the trailer off the hitch. Completely unacceptable.
