DEVIN OClean the windows once in awhile, dog snot all over and dog hair and biscuits all over the seats and cubby holes. A terrible language barrier plus an attitude. It was a fairly new truck it’s to bad they don’t take care of them for the customers.

BROOKE MDear U-Haul Customer Service, I am filing a formal complaint regarding the last-minute change to my rental pickup location. My reservation was confirmed well in advance, and I was notified only one day before my scheduled pickup that the location had been switched. This last-minute change caused significant stress and disruption. I had planned my schedule carefully around the confirmed pickup location due to an important event, and your sudden change forced me to rearrange my timing and logistics on very short notice. This is unacceptable and could have been avoided. When customers make reservations, they do so with the expectation that U-Haul will honor its commitments. A change of this nature, without adequate notice or options, reflects poorly on U-Haul’s reliability and customer care. I am requesting a formal explanation as to why this change occurred so close to my pickup date and why the false advertising during booking. Please escalate this matter to the appropriate department and respond promptly. I expect a resolution that acknowledges the disruption and ensures this will not happen again to me or anyone else in the future. If you are unable to provide the correct pickup location, the option for truck or trailer should be removed from that specific location.

GARY EHaving to unhook and jack up trailer yourself was not exactly a good thing for someone who doesnt know how to use that type of Jack and could have caused injury as trailer tried to roll after being unhooked.

KARA RThe first trailer had one tire with threads showing - completely bald. I had to step down in trailers and hooked everything up myself. The guy was talking to someone on the phone the whole time. Not a customer, a personal call. When I brought it back, I had to unhook it myself and the girl was busy texting with someone the whole time while her boyfriend stood watching. Because I brought it back several days early, the bill was less. She did the entire transaction on her personal cell phone. Very Sketchy! I’ve been checking my CC statement regularly. This place has to be a front for some illegal activity. There are brand new gas stations all around this place. This place is a dump. I refuse to rent another thing from this place. I’ll need a trailer again in a month, I’ll drive to another city, if I have to, to avoid this place. The whole vibe gave me the creeps.
Victor FThe first truck that was issued to me had non-working Air Conditioning. Reviewing the working condition of a truck before renting it out would be an improvement.

NELSON VThe staff at the U-Haul location was very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was that when I was already on the road I noticed that the AC wasn’t working. I was already behind on time and I had to go ahead with the move. But the temperature was at 100° that day. It was very very hot. I also drop the truck off at night so I couldn’t speak to anybody, but I think U-Haul should accommodate or give me a credit of some sort.
Abraham BI requested a drop off in Springhill. When I followed the Contract instructions and called I had a drop off in Springhill, Tennessee. When I looked in my reservation the day before return it had changed to Columbia, a location. We are not a fan of. I confirmed the morning of the return and they said we needed to take it to The Columbia location. When we got to the Columbia location, they didn’t know anything about the trailer being returned there. It was not in the system for them. The lady was very nice. Luckily, I had the app so was able to self return the trailer

FRANK TI was under the impression that I rented a 2 wheel dolly for a day. I was an hr late taking it back and was charged for 3 days

TIMOTHY BThe customer service agent was very nice but alone and the place was understaffed for the volume of customers, also the uhaul pickup was in what looked like a decrepit, condemned, last-of-us style gas station. Very sketchy for women going alone.

CHRISTOPHER SAl was told he was all set, but he didn't have a receipt showing the trailer had been returned. He went back in, and they rectified it. I believe they were very busy, but we are used to getting an email instantly stating the trailer had been returned. We rent often.

LARRY OThis location was great but was not the location I selected when I made the reservation. The location I made the reservation at was the most convenient for me. I made the reservation almost 1 month ahead of time. It was still transferred to 3 other locations before it was all said and done because of equipment availability. I could understand if I made the reservation last minute. But that's not the case here. When my pickup location was changed to a location 1 hour away, I refused to confirm the pickup. I assume corporate had to step in and upgrade me to the next bigger truck to keep the reservation. Had they not done this, I would've canceled the reservation last minute and gone with Penske. At the end of the day, I got a bigger truck and a trailer as required and only had to drive 15 minutes out of my way.
DAVID FIT Literally took less than 3 minutes to drop off the truck. Very nice staff. I will recommend U-haul to anyone needing help moving!

JAMES WGas station is falling apart, water coming through ceiling in multiple places, dirty, smells, damaged material in parking lot, safety barriers run over and not fixed next to gas station which you would think would draw the attention of code overseers, Did not have the materials I reserved, could not speak english, vehicle in poor working order, vehicle was dirty inside, Save your money, go to Home Depot and rent from them!! Cleaner, nicer, care about their products and they speak english.

Joanne OThis was a pretty rough experience; there was a literal moldy old banana peel and sandwich crust in the cabin. SUPER dirty too. The gas wasn't 3/4 full as we were told by 1/2 full and the woman who checked us in was not helpful at all.
