Rep was unpleasant and hard to understand. Trailer was parked in a spot where it was difficult to be able to attach. rep watched me struggle to get it hooked up for around 5 minutes before coming out to offer help and still didn’t do anything

Shiquita MTruck billowed smoke for the first 10 minutes. Shook at 50 mph. Pretty sure the shocks are gone. Was awful. The seat latch has something wrong w it. Slid a little while driving. And yes I made sure it was completely latched in. The location of pick up was disgusting. Very dirty and the staff was short and rude.
