JAMES WGas station is falling apart, water coming through ceiling in multiple places, dirty, smells, damaged material in parking lot, safety barriers run over and not fixed next to gas station which you would think would draw the attention of code overseers, Did not have the materials I reserved, could not speak english, vehicle in poor working order, vehicle was dirty inside, Save your money, go to Home Depot and rent from them!! Cleaner, nicer, care about their products and they speak english.

Joanne OThis was a pretty rough experience; there was a literal moldy old banana peel and sandwich crust in the cabin. SUPER dirty too. The gas wasn't 3/4 full as we were told by 1/2 full and the woman who checked us in was not helpful at all.
DENNIS TThis is my second time picking up a dirty truck. Not from this location bt just period. If I leave a truck dirty I’m charged $25 but if I pick up a truck dirty I just gotta take that dirty truck. That’s not customer satisfaction!
Parviel EVery friendly and helpful
CALVIN PUpon walking into the drop off location I noticed the clutter and messiness of the location. The location is also a gas station with what looked like was a non running restaurant also in the same store. The only resource available was on the phone. He pulled the phone away from his ear and said “what do you need”? I told him I was dropping off and he said he’d check me out online later and pointed to the back of the store and resumed his phone conversation. I walked towards the side door which was not the door I entered as he watched. That door was locked and yet he never took care to make any mention of it. I backed the trailer dolly without any assistance and left.
WILLIAM DThere was a man that was terrible he says there was no trucks ask what did I look like and how old was I. He was a pervert I hate to say but when we called the Uhaul on Cayce on the ladies were great but I did have to go get truck from this place but at this time I’m guessing his wife was there and she was very nice. The man should be fired he was awful . Uhaul is wonderful though 👍🏻

She also brought out a trailer jack to help lift my 6 x 12 trailer onto the hitch of my truck. Very polite, helpful, and runs a very good business.

BRADLEY SI'm certainly glad for this U-Haul business location, in Columbia TN. The folks at U-Haul often have to put in additional work, to make sure I get a truck rental to meet our church's needs (early on a Monday morning). So we always have to rent on a Sunday. Even when U-Haul experiences seasonal high rentals of their trucks, they manage to put me behind the wheel of one of their rigs, so we can have our local area ministry on one Monday each month. I would certainly recommend U-Haul's services to anyone.
JEFFREY TI want to thank the people who run this store for helping me rent my cargo trailer. He was very informative, polite, and keep me updated on the time my trailer would be available. It was in good working order, clean and the tires were at the correct psi. He even helped me hook it up without being charged. Thank you so much!
MARK KThe truck was excellent, although the trailer had two completely worn tires. Made it about 20 miles from pick up and a tire blew. Not only did it blow but it was very clear upon inspection the tires were completely unsafe to even have been offered to someone traveling 700 miles.
Brennan GThe representative wanted me to leave before checking the mileage and fuel refill. Stayed on cell phone the entire time telling me to just go and he would email a receipt. When I refused to leave without a receipt, he got in the truck, checked mileage and fuel. He marked the fuel way below the actual reading. I returned with more fuel than used. He tried to charge me for more fuel. When I showed him that it was almost a 1/4 more than when I checked it out. When confronted with the difference in the fuel meter, he said “call customer service”. I told him “no” I’m dealing with you”. I showed him the difference on the meter and his marking and he said”mistake”, I said “no you lied to try and get more money.” He agreed and said “yes”. I then had to demand a receipt with the proper documentation. Reluctantly he changed to the correct marking a gave me my receipt. Want to get cheated? Go here!

margret sThis truck wasn’t in as good of condition as the one I rented the previous week. The passenger side front tire was towed in. When I let off the gas to slow down it revved to almost 5000rpm with a high pitch squeal and when it finally down shifted it felt like the transmission was going to fall out. Driving it on windy roads was no fun. The truck was hard to keep from drifting. This was not a good experience.
BRANDON BStill no contact from management. Truck was below half tank even though this was a gas station. There was broken glass and other trash in back of truck. Worker hired to load/unload truck was cut bad during move. Was delayed getting truck because they locked it even though I called and they verified they would not.

Tammica TNight and day difference of pickup and dropoff locations. I don't see how uhaul could put their name and reputation on the 1533 Bear Creek Pike Columbia TN 38401 location.
Roger DWe pulled up to the location and got screamed at in the parking lot from the individuals car. When my husband got out to talk to the guy he told us he did not have space and if we had a reservation. We showed him the reservation, to which he proceeded to tell us to squeeze it in a spot. Not helpful, and very rude customer service. I would not recommend doing any drop offs here.
