I've rented trucks and trailers all over the country. Treadz is one of the best I've been to! The owner, Jim, and his team are terrific to work with and make the process fast and easy. I'll be using this location again!

I was absolutely ripped off. I drove the rented vehicle 17 miles (as proved by the final receipt I got). Yes, 17 miles. I stopped next door to the gas station prior to returning it, and put 5 gallons of gas in it. Remember, I drove the vehicle 17 miles. But still put 5 gallons of gas in it. Upon getting my final receipt a couple of hours later via email, I was charged for 4 more gallons of gas equal to $19.00. Now remember, I drove 17 miles and added 5 gallons. Then they charged me for 4 more?????????? You tell me what vehicle on the planet would use 9 gallons of gas for 17 miles of driving????? I called the location and the guy said he would talk to his boss and call me back. Well that wont happen. And there is nothing I can do about it, as its a judgement call based on some employee going out to the vehicle and looking at the gauge and its up to his discretion on whether the gauge was full enough. This is a pretty archaic way to determine the gas level. Regardless, this is a complete rip off. I am going to make it my mission over the next couple of weeks to SKORTCH Uhaul on social media and tell everyone I know that this place, and UHaul in general ripped me off. This is a ruthless, inappropriate way to treat a customer. Very disappointing, but I know nothing will happen because UHaul could give a shit less if they lose 1 customer like me.

This location went above and beyond to fix the crappy service with the 1800 U-Haul which 3 different times all the way to pick up my truck not one thing was right and by the grace of God and the assistance of this location, which is just a hub for U-Haul fixed the issue. But I will be officially for the first time be making an complaint on the horrible experience.

Overall it was good. Staff was not very clear on how the drop off process should be done. After noticing the next day that the rental was still active, had to call for them to post the return. They were very helpful to get this done over the phone. Just didn’t seem they were very experienced with the system.

We dropped off the truck and trailer at night after hours so we didn't see anyone. The parking lot was big enough to turn around and very convenient location!

I would refer friends here not only for the Uhaul service ,but these have motocross and custom wheel etc...
