There was confusion with drop off of blankets we picked up in Hendersonville, NC. Apparently it was miscommunication in that we were told to bring them back to where we picked up the truck but actually needed to be dropped off with truck. Just frustrating but all worked out.

The drop-off location was great. My only complaint is that I was charged for 16 miles because my allowance of 48 miles gave no margin for driving from (1) the U-Haul pickup location to the loading location, and from (2) my new house to the U-Haul drop-off location. Given I had no choice on where to pick up or drop off the truck, this doesn’t seem right. U-Haul’s mileage calculation should account for this. I request a refund of $17.52 for the 16 extra miles. Other than that, I’m very pleased with the rental.

MICHAEL DThe only issue that we pointed out when rented was the muddy floor mats. It wasn't really a problem, but we pointed it out because we didn't want to get blamed for it. Otherwise, it was great!
