No integrity when it comes to mileage calculations. I took a picture of my out going mileage but forgot to take a pic when I brought it back. I only used the truck around town moving and at best I drove 45 miles. I was charged for 92 miles and I brought the truck back the same day. I started out with a half tank of gas and only used half of that. I filled the truck back to half. If I drove 92 miles I'm sure with a twenty 26 ft truck I would have had to get gas more than just ounce like I did when I was returning the truck. The fact that they tell you take pictures of the mileage tells you this a recurring problem and somebody taking advantage of people who already busy moving to have to remember to take pictures of the mileage. I'm going to advise everyone I know unless it's last resort, don't rent from U-Haul.

Bill at Boca Box Co was incredibly helpful, the truck was clean and ran perfectly, all my questions were answered. Drop off with John at Treasure Chest Self Storage in Macon GA was equally smooth and efficient. Kudos to all!
