MICHAEL SNo integrity when it comes to mileage calculations. I took a picture of my out going mileage but forgot to take a pic when I brought it back. I only used the truck around town moving and at best I drove 45 miles. I was charged for 92 miles and I brought the truck back the same day. I started out with a half tank of gas and only used half of that. I filled the truck back to half. If I drove 92 miles I'm sure with a twenty 26 ft truck I would have had to get gas more than just ounce like I did when I was returning the truck. The fact that they tell you take pictures of the mileage tells you this a recurring problem and somebody taking advantage of people who already busy moving to have to remember to take pictures of the mileage. I'm going to advise everyone I know unless it's last resort, don't rent from U-Haul.
