Eric TThe problem I had with this location was that I had requested in my reservation a location less than a mile from my house. When we went to talk to them about returning it later that evening, they said they had no information about a drop off there. So I checked my email and the location was 16 miles from my house. So I called the location where we picked up the trailer and asked why she chose a different location. She said she chose “unknown”. I have a screenshot of my order with the location closer to my house. She seemed uninterested and said she was unable to change it. She sent me 30 miles out of my way.
Michael WI would say that there is NO improvements needed as the service was exceptional and we will be using them again.
Deb KAsked for 2 days. When I picked it up it turned over slowly but finally started. Noticed gas Guage didn't register full. Truck ran fine until you shut it off where it seemed sluggish starting. 2nd morning Truck failed to start so had a local business come and jump start. After starting I took Truck back without using 2nd day. Paid $37.50 service call and called U-Haul only to find out I should have called U-Haul roadside service and that I most likely will not receive service call. Hoping I don't get charged for two days but will wait and see.
DEAN BOnly trouble I had was with the world website to check in....but phone staff and direct contact help was friendly and knowledgeable. Will use again and recommend this service!

James BThis review is so skewed. It does not allow for the overall experience to be reviewed. Uhaul completely disappointed me and completely ruined our entire weekend not because of this location but because our intended location was over 100 miles from here. And we found out 48 hours before despite a reservation made a month prior. The person at this location was very accommodating and very nice but the scheduling was horrible and I would not recommend uhaul at all. Ever. Completely incompetent as a company and made the experience a complete disaster.

Ward GWhen we 1st reserved the truck the location owner called asking what we were doing with the truck and how much we were moving among other things. She tried getting us to switch to another more expensive truck in that phone conversation but we declined. Upon arrival the wrong key was given for the wrong truck but she had closed up shop and left early while we were trying to find the correct one which delayed our departure. In the end she had to return to the shop to give us the correct key. Upon starting it we realized that there was less than 1/8 tank of gas left in the truck she rented out so we had to put over $90 in gas in before we could even proceed. The original receipt that was emailed to us had the incorrect beginning mileage on it (maybe for the truck she tried getting us to take or the incorrect one in which she gave the key for) In short we didn't start out with the gas where she said it was on the receipt and had to put over $90 in the tank before we could use it. In the end we even got done with it and returned it a day early but yet we were charged over $200 for this horrible experience. Seems pretty money hungry to not make allowances for their mistakes and very poor customer service!!
