No one was at the shop took 25 minutes to confirm and give instructions as to where equipment was located then when I called her back to tell her there weren’t any tie downs she was very unhelpful so I had to go buy some to use the hauler when I was told as long as my wheels weren’t oversized I wouldn’t have ever supply my own when I made the reservation
