I rented a 5X8 enclosed trailer. We didn't have a lot of weight in it so it bounced a lot. The staff was great and they did everything for me. I really appreciated it as I am recouping from open heart surgery.

I had a broken down vehicle and went to rent a dolly. your system said that a 1999 F350 extended cab four-wheel-drive could not haul my vehicle. Then your system said that I could not haul a four-wheel-drive on a dolly. I changed my vehicle description and put it down as a 2 wheel drive in order to get home. I am a 68-year-old veteran who has started their career in road construction at 18 and has dealt with numerous vehicle towing situations. Naturally my travels were successful. The transaction took over an hour.

I rated this low due to store said it would be open and was not open even after there opening hours Saturday the 3rd of Oct 2020. Then they charged me a 10 dollar cleaning fee and I had that trailer percent! I even toke pictures. That 10 dollars is a money grab due to me not being there.

The location wasn't showing as having inventory on the website, but we were closer so we called directly to ensure we could pick up there. They were very helpful, even though 'national' didn't have the website updated for their inventory.

The truck was very clean; however, we didn't inspect the pull-out ramp at the time of the rental. When we first pulled it out to load our storage items it was covered with glass shards. Someone renting the truck before us obviously didn't clean the ramp, nor was it detected at the rental location. We cleaned the ramp before returning the truck in Porter Ranch, California.

The online check-in I found to be very tedious and difficult; if it weren't for Tammy being at the Uhaul depot on the Saturday I arrived to pick up the truck; I would have never been able to access what I reserved. She was very kind and went out of her way to open up the office and help me check-out the truck and the equipment for me. Thank you so much Tammy for your help! The online/mobile check-in & check-out process was not easy at all and I found it to be very difficult to access.

They were okay. Told them that google maps had there location in the wrong spot. She questioned what I put in for address, I said entered name on google came up and tapped directions, and I was brought 10 miles out of my way!

Allow drop offs at alternative locations. This one was 18 miles away. there were other auxiliary Uhaul locations nearer than this one.

Treweek was very helpful for the check-in. They also remarked multiple times that the truck had something very wrong with the noise of the engine and made those notes in the check-in.

Both lady's working were great. Google maps has the pin for this location incorrect. If U-Haul can assist Treweek with this correction that would be great.

My confirmation email showed that I had the trailer for 5 days. The computer showed 4 days so I was being told that I had to pay a $20 late fee and that there was nothing I could do about it. After several minutes the manager was able to clear it. Not a great way to end a pleasant experience.

The lock box for the truck didn't open I had to take a smaller truck than I ordered even though there was two 26 footers there. The second 26 was slammed in the middle unable to access even though I could access the keys for that one. I used a 20 foot truck that required 2 extra trips. I was charged for a 26 foot truck and a Appliance dolly that didn't exist...

Your management has no customer service. They just talk over you and don't want to here about the dealer complaint. Sean and Terry have no business talking to customers let alone dealing with company complaints. Poor showing for U-Haul in the flathead valley ??

I belive thete is sometging seriously wrong with the odometer. The rate is twice what it should have been with a $700 bill for milage and .89 per mile even during the week. This is avery small town and it's impossible to drive such a big rig for 700 some odd miles. Further, I kept asking for a 10 ft. truck and they kept saying they didn't have one. I thought they could have had another office send one over, but I didn't learn until I returned the truck that Uhaul never does that unless there is a reservation.

Unit was cleaned the staff was vary nice. The truck was clean but it had a bunch of body damage so the wind noise in the cab was bad. I know that the trucks are always on the move but I think the door could have been fixed a little bit better.

It is unethical to ask for a photo copy of a driver's license. No reason for this and people should not give in to this request. Shame on U haul.

paper work took about 45 mjn. The problem was I did not have a cell phone so the paper work had to start all over, :t would be nice tom have a simpler form,I have bought cars that didn't take that long,

Kinda disappointed this go around. I was charged for 1.9 gal. Of gas. I put close to 5 gal in which brought it up to very close to the 7/8 mark. Seeing as there is not a designated line for 7/8 it's kinda hard to tell exactly where it falls. On top of that there are plenty of time I bring a truck back with over what it went on the with.

Maybe not charge for where the Uhaul is parked to the storage unit if they have a storage unit through you like I did. I drove the Uhaul from where it was parked to unit 241 and it was over 1/4 of a mile according to the trip that I reset. Or maybe go park it by the storage unit so the person doesn't get charged for moving it in your parking lot to the storage unit if provided by you.
