Superb customer service
MICHAEL FI remember specifically saying no to charges for extra moving blankets and the added Safe Move Coverage. So I was surprised to see this charge on my emailed receipt the next day. When I called to ask about the charge, the staff member disagreed and said that I requested the coverage even after i explained that i rarely, if ever, get the extra protection plans. Unfortunately, I don't plan to use this shop again.
Courtney SI did the online early check-in, as suggested many times by texts. Submitted all photos and information. Yet they could not finish or complete the check-in at the location. It took 4 different tries to resubmit all reservation information till the computer finally took and completed the paperwork. 45 minutes later.
