We chose to do no-contact pickup. I booked the reservation on my computer. When we arrived at the location, I attempted to log in to my u-haul account on my phone but your system didn't recognize the device. The verification code took over a half hour to arrive in my email. I ended up having to call customer service to walk through the pickup because I couldn't access my account on my phone. The customer service person was fantastic but we still spent close to 45 minutes on the process. Please let people know when they book that they should attempt to login on the device they will use at pickup ahead of time. We lost a lot of time that could have been avoided if I had logged in on my phone ahead of time. Truck was nice, a little dirty on the inside, but pretty new. Overall, a good experience even with the pick-up glitch.Timothy B.

* The truck was covered in mud. Un-recorded damage to truck. App would not allow me to document. Greenville Mini Storage didn't care. Inside of the truck smelled like cigarette smoke and was not clean. * Auto transport trailer was so rusted out that the suspension hardly worked. The ratchets were so rusted out that they did not work. Greenville Mini Storage found another unit, but this cost me nearly 1.5 hours of needed travel time. * Greenville Mini Storage dis not inspect the equipment before renting it to me.Wyatt F.

Over all great renting experience. The driver's seat is not comfortable at all. I felt as though I was going to slide to the front. For what Uhaul charges, a couple hundred dollars in better seats is not much to ask for. I would not rent this truck for a long move.Lester S.

The online process was a horrible experience and very frustrating. I would rather check in with a real person. The check in process is not user friendly, requires looking up information. The site logs you out when searching for the information so you will need to start the process from the beginning each time. Bring paper and pen to write your verification number and friends phone number down otherwise you will be logged off and must start the process from the beginning. I would recommend reserving a vehicle in advance at a Uhaul location open on the weekends so you can work with an employee not an online process. Write the customer service number down if you book online because you will need to call them.Angela D.

I originally was supposed to pick up the trailer at another location, and although I tried I could not contact them. I think that it is a bad idea to give the location notification only one day in advance of the pick up. Given more time I could have made contast with the original pick up vendor or arrainged to pick it up somewhere else. The delay put me behind at least three hours. Jerry Huber
