The young lady was amazing however, the 25 ft u-haul she was given did not have a good record. To our understanding the U-haul we rented had previously been stolen out of Washington State and when it was recovered no maintenance had been done. I had to add a quart of oil to it, and it pulled really bad to the right. At 65 miles an hour the truck shimmied so bad and it was hard to maintain. I am very discouraged with u-haul and I am ashamed that they would allow a non- maintenanced vehicle on the road. We paid almost $1500.00 for a piece of crap! Thankful that we reached our destination. Will not be recommending u-haul to anyone. We have used your services multiple times with no issues. Y'all must do better. Not TriStar Storage but u-haul. We should get some type of refund for having to use a truck like we were given!

SEAN SThe individual helping me did not know how to rent me the truck and it took 45 min to pic up. She was VERY NICE but it just took too long. Then the items I paid to rent were not in the truck (a dolly and blankets). I have to spend another 30 minutes driving across town to pick them up.
