Install cruise control for a long haul. Needs a wheel alignment as it wobbles at 55 mph and does not get better at 70 mph.

William HWhen ordering moving pads, I ordered two packages. The pick up point said that equaled 12 and the drop off point said that equaled 24. Had to straighten that out.

Allen SWhy did customer service lie about having to bring back the truck exactly at 9:45 since somebody else was waiting for it and we found out that nobody was waiting for the truck and there were other trucks sitting idly there in the lot.We could have added more time dropping the truck off iand not to be so in a hurry as we were dead tired of unloading and was becoming sick.

Ron SNo improvement needed. Overall excellent. However your actual uhaul staff needs to be trained properly and stick to the actual agreement instedad of changing the drop at the last minute. I call jeff and amy personally because i know them ( j & r service center) they had no idea on what happening.. But im very satisfied like a hooker on payday.

Fran PThe rental clerk made me feel very unwelcomed in his community and wanted me to give him specific details as to why I was renting a truck in his neighborhood or else he wasn't going to rent the truck to me. I think this clerk was stuck in the old western times. Very unfriendly to those not from his town.

Adam GAll of my furniture, stands, tables, recliners, tools, ect was covered in mold! My shop vac and a couple garbage cans had a little water in them. They told me it was probably mold from humidity! Yeah I doubt that because it was everywhere!
