On January 27 I went online and reserved a 15 foot truck to be picked up on Feb 2 at 8:30 a.m. at 4333 CR 216 Hanceville, Al. I received confirmation for this. On Saturday, Jan. 31 I received an email that said that my order had been UPDATED to Sunday, Feb.1 at Trimble Super Saver. WHY??? i called the number listed to tell them this was not to be. I had workers scheduled for Monday to assist with moving. I asked the person I was speaking with where she was at that moment. She said she was at the Hanceville location. She changed my rental date back to Monday, Feb 2. I was not made aware that she CHANGED THE PICKUP LOCATION!!! On Feb 2 we went to location I had scheduled pick up for and was told they didn't have a reservation for me. Then showed me where it had been changed to Trimble Super Saver location which is 30 minutes away. I asked the man there who changed it and why. He said he didn't know and STARTED LAUGHING! As we were traveling to Trimble location I called to see if they indeed had a reservation for me. The lady there stated she didn't handle that and would call her manager. The lady then called me back and said manager was on her way and would be there in 30 minutes. By now it was approaching 9:00. W We arrived at Trimble location at approximately 9:20 and rental agent was not there. She finally arrived at 9:30. If she knew she had an 8:30 pickup, why was she not there? As we began talking I realized she was the person I spoke with on Sat. that had changed my date and location. We then had to wait longer while she got laptop and went through process. Remember, I'm paying movers by the hour at this point for doing nothing. We finally were able to leave close to 10:00. This is absolutely the worst and most costly service ever. In addition to having to pay my help for standing around while we waited, my mileage went up due to her changing my location, I hope someone checks into this and can provide me with answers. Oh, by the way, I have photographs of all dates and places of reservation for documentation.
