You need to cut ties with this organization. Seriously, there are too many issues to name them. It took 3 days to turn in my rental, the lady was rude, made me wait over a hour after the time we agreed to meet, she did not work during the hours posted. Send someone from U Hall to check out this organization.

The parking is unorganized, there is no clear indication for dropping off the trucks after hours. Trucks are parked all kinds of ways, and the driveway is blocked of. Because of the bad parking I had no where else to park the truck so I had to squeeze it in a space but got stuck on the trailer hitch on a small incline.

Tried to call 6 different days/times about drop-off with no answer. Dropped the trailer off during normal business hours and the owner was not there. Had no confirmation the transaction was complete until I called the main Uhaul phone number and they got in contact with this branches higher up.

First of all when I first got there no one was there. Even though I had a reservation we knocked on the door for almost 30 minutes and no one came to the door drove off he started calling and then someone picked up the phone she stated she had just left. I did not sign any disclosures acknowledge in disclosures ext About the truck I was charged over $100 for gas refill for 18 gallons they charge me $75 plus with a $30 service fee . Which I had no knowledge of did not sign any disclosure was not told that the truck is running to me over the phone she told me to text her a picture of my ID it was totally unprofessional and told me the keys were on the seat I want my money back for the gas gas does not cost that much I drive a brand new GMC Yukon XL and it does not take $75 to fill my tank up from empty and that's over 26 gallons of gas and you're telling me that a quarter of a tank to half a tank cost $75 for 18 gallons. This is a rip off very unprofessional horrible customer service

When I arrived at this location there was no employees available at 4p' and then I received a message that the truck was not returned until 9pm. You charged me an additional $54 please credit my account back.

The drop off location was maybe a private residence and it must have been closed that day because nobody answered the door. When I drove into the driveway/lawn and parked the truck, I noticed a sign on the side door stating to "use the other door". I went to the other door, no answer and no directions on what to do with the keys/contract. Went back around and then noticed the drop box behind a bush. Dropped the keys in but was unsure exactly which paperwork I had to deposit in box, no guidance.

The attendant at this location was incompetent. She did not check the mileage, gas tank or anything else. She was getting ready to allow someone else to take the truck without checking it out first. I suggested she call the owner of the business but her cell phone was not charged. I allowed her to use my phone. Finally, after I spoke with the owner, I was told to park the truck. The owner was not there but said she would check in the truck the next day. I left the key in the box which was behind some old bushes. Can't believe this company is still in business!!

I will never ever rent a u haul truck . 1. The location we picked up from the manager crystal there gave us complete incorrect information , spoke to customer service and assured us oh you guys are fine to drop the truck at your closest location and need not to come back and return the truck .she confirmed with the online agent . Who obviously did not do the needful. 2. Spoke to Jennifer at the scheduling department who was not at all amphethetic. She kept on saying one thing in every possible way that she will not help. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said I m the only one here. Very rude . All tht happened was before dispatching crystal dpije to the customer service and assured it's one way. Unfortunately the customer service person did not schedule it properly and thn it was all on us as it's a contract dispatched which Jennifer in scheduling won't change .she did not realise it was a customer service and crystal communication problem . Jennifer even said she will only pull the conversation first in 2 - 3 days turnover time .she did not care when I asked if I were to hold on to the truck for the long .. they all did not do their job properly and blamed us to have the contract in the end we had to drive back and return the truck ..such a long day ... bottom line. Very POOR service ....cant wait to talk to corporate on Monday.

We were told that we could drop the trailer off there and when we were dropping it off they were giving us a hard time on the phone. If we go to Blythewood again with a u haul I would not go back there.

The truck size I reserved was not available due to unable to start truck. There was confusion about drop off times .The cost of smaller truck was supposed to be cheaper for inconvenience I was told at drop off location that it is the same cost as what I originally reserved with the larger truck

I picked up the tow trailer to drive to another state to pickup a car... The dolly would not work because my Honda Pilot is the touring edition that has running boards. The trailer was too small. The returning facility offered no assistance and said a refund would not be possible. The return facility was in Columbia, SC. There was a sign on the door to call a cell phone to return anything... Nobody was present and the lady on the phone was not customer service oriented.

This location did not have any trained personnel on hand when we tried to check out the truck, (check out took almost 1 hr) plus the truck cab was filthy, truck in poor repair and back box never swept out. They did not have a printer to give me any paperwork.
