They are never there! Didn’t call until after time I was supposed to pick up vehicle called and said would be there in 10 minutes. About 15 minutes later called again to ask if I could do it through mobile. The whole experience with this location was bad!

The attendant at this location was incompetent. She did not check the mileage, gas tank or anything else. She was getting ready to allow someone else to take the truck without checking it out first. I suggested she call the owner of the business but her cell phone was not charged. I allowed her to use my phone. Finally, after I spoke with the owner, I was told to park the truck. The owner was not there but said she would check in the truck the next day. I left the key in the box which was behind some old bushes. Can't believe this company is still in business!!
