Trinity Car Sales was a great experience. She called us because we were running a little behind and waited for us to get there to pick up the truck. She was kind and understanding and went above and beyond for us! I would highly recommend them.

Faith BI arrived at the location at 8am. I took all the steps and U-Haul gave me the wrong code. I called customer service, they kept transferring me over and over. Nobody was helpful. They told me to wait until 10am when the location opened. Nobody arrived at 10am. A lady from the location finally called me back around 12pm. I’m 4 hours behind now. She gave me the key and adjusted the time. I’m more disappointed with U-Haul than the location. I’m doing this review based on my experience with U-Haul which was disappointing.
Ambrose CWe returned the U-Haul truck on a Sunday evening and the confirmation was only processed on the following Thursday. We had to call the drop off location numerious times to get them to close out the contract. It was a very unpleasant experience having to receive an email on the Wednesday (three days after the return) that the contract was not yet closed. This is even though the location says they are open on Wednesday (and on Google it says they are open on Monday and Tuesday as well). The place looks terrible and is hardly operational. U-Haul should remove this location from its network.

Howard DWe attempted to contact the store to ask questions on Saturday the 11th prior to renting but no one answered so we rented through 1800 UHaul. We were scheduled to pick it up at 10 am on Sunday, March 12th. No one was there when we arrived. We had to call UHaul, they ask us to look in lock box for key (lock box was locked and we were not given code). The person who managed the site arrived approximately 30 minutes after we arrived. We had rented a appliance dolly as well but they did not have one available so we were sent on a wild goose chase to find one. When we found one we had to make a new reservation and pay again for the dolly at another store. We were told we would have to get the original store to reimburse us for the original dolly. The problem is that we cannot get in touch with anyone at that store. No one answers the phone at that location and the voice mail is not set up. We have an upcoming move in the next 2 months and will be looking for a larger truck to move our house, however we will probably go with another company based in this experience. We cannot afford for this to happen when we have an entire house to move and limited time and support to move us.

Sam H1) The truck was filthy. Pine straw covering the windshield and wiper blades. Truck smelled horrible. Trash inside the cab with food stuck to the center console. Back of the vehicle had trash and discarded cardboard boxes in it. 2) I had to call U-Haul twice to get in the vehicle. Because it took so long, the app timed out and I couldn’t get the fuel level. I had to talk with the customer service rep and inform him of the level. He informed me he updated it to 3/8. 3) Both driver and passenger doors had to be slammed to get them to shut, because they did not close properly. 4) When I returned the vehicle, I returned it at 3/8. The man returning the vehicle CONFIRMED the vehicle had to be returned at 3/8. I then receive a charge a week later for 2 gallons of fuel for over $8. This is FRAUD. On Monday, I’m disputed the transaction with my credit card company. 5) I requested U-Haul call me to discuss what happened. After THREE phone calls and my final comments through the app upon the equipment return, I still have not received any phone calls. An absolutely pathetic experience. Again, I am disputing the charge and referring everything to BBB.

Carl LCrystelle the U-Haul rental manager was incredible! She went the extra, extra mile to help me rent a truck close to my home, even when the website had inaccurate information on it. Without her, things would have been much more difficult. Also, she was very professional, friendly and approachable, these things ar are in short supply today. Please rent from Crystelle at Blythewood U-Haul, she will do a great job! 👍

Luis ENo one was there at time of scheduled pickup. Drove from out of state to pick up. No one answered direct location number. Had to call U-Haul call center to contact someone. Waited an hour for someone to show up.
Rena MI was charged $28 for insurance I didn’t want or need. Not sure if it was the pick up location or a glitch in the online process but I’d like a refund on that $28 charge.

Curtis CYour online reservation process needs to be more clear. When we arrived at the scheduled time to pick up the U-Haul there was no one at the site and we were not able to get the key for another 2 hours because even though our registration was at 8:00 a.m. this site didn't open until 10:00 a.m. this should never have happened.
Ivy JYou need to cut ties with this organization. Seriously, there are too many issues to name them. It took 3 days to turn in my rental, the lady was rude, made me wait over a hour after the time we agreed to meet, she did not work during the hours posted. Send someone from U Hall to check out this organization.

LUIS EThe parking is unorganized, there is no clear indication for dropping off the trucks after hours. Trucks are parked all kinds of ways, and the driveway is blocked of. Because of the bad parking I had no where else to park the truck so I had to squeeze it in a space but got stuck on the trailer hitch on a small incline.
Quinton DTried to call 6 different days/times about drop-off with no answer. Dropped the trailer off during normal business hours and the owner was not there. Had no confirmation the transaction was complete until I called the main Uhaul phone number and they got in contact with this branches higher up.

Melissa SFirst of all when I first got there no one was there. Even though I had a reservation we knocked on the door for almost 30 minutes and no one came to the door drove off he started calling and then someone picked up the phone she stated she had just left. I did not sign any disclosures acknowledge in disclosures ext About the truck I was charged over $100 for gas refill for 18 gallons they charge me $75 plus with a $30 service fee . Which I had no knowledge of did not sign any disclosure was not told that the truck is running to me over the phone she told me to text her a picture of my ID it was totally unprofessional and told me the keys were on the seat I want my money back for the gas gas does not cost that much I drive a brand new GMC Yukon XL and it does not take $75 to fill my tank up from empty and that's over 26 gallons of gas and you're telling me that a quarter of a tank to half a tank cost $75 for 18 gallons. This is a rip off very unprofessional horrible customer service

Kenneth TThe drop off location was maybe a private residence and it must have been closed that day because nobody answered the door. When I drove into the driveway/lawn and parked the truck, I noticed a sign on the side door stating to "use the other door". I went to the other door, no answer and no directions on what to do with the keys/contract. Went back around and then noticed the drop box behind a bush. Dropped the keys in but was unsure exactly which paperwork I had to deposit in box, no guidance.
