We didn't have a reservation, but stopped by looking for a truck rental. Debra was absolutely wonderful in helping us out quickly & in a very friendly manner. Our office is only a mile or so down the road from this location, and if we ever need a truck rental again, we will certainly come back to this location.

The Uhaul attendant/assistant was abrupt and timid when interacting with me as a customer. Maybe they were having a bad day. I work customer service and have rented many times and this experience would be the worst.

We have rented a truck from your location for the last 6 years in connection with our annual Food Pantry food collection drive. We have always been very pleased with your service. However, this year we had some issues with the woman in charge of your office. When we picked up the truck she had some difficulty getting us set up in the computer and presenting an estimated contract; she blamed it on the fact that we came in earlier (approximately 1 hour earlier) than we originally said we would pick up the truck. She said it was our fault for coming in earlier, which we don't understand why this would be such a big problem (bad attitude). Also, when we dropped off the truck, she had an issue regarding the amount of gas we replaced in the gas tank; I had replaced the gas to 1/4 of the tank, which was the exact level when we picked it up which is shown on our contract. Her contention was that the needle, while it was resting on the 1/4 of a tank line, was slightly towards the lower side of that line. I told her the needle was clearly on the 1/4 tank line and in the same position as it was when I picked up the truck. She finally agreed it was OK, but I question why she needed to so argumentative; again, it was our fault. This isn't the attitude I would expect from a company's representative.
