Returning a truck to a closed location should be easy. And it would be if you know ahead of time you will need to complete things using the Internet. I had little to no service and pictures were required. It took longer than expected.

There was absolutely nothing to improve on perfection. Barbara made us feel really comfortable and answered all of our questions. The van drove beautifully and the interior was very clean (and we were concerned but didn't have to be once we saw the vehicle.) Make sure you know the sizes of the trucks inside and out. It was an issue figuring out how tall the inside of our truck was, but we figured it out.

How can you improve? Not accuse your customer of doing something they didn't do. Not be rude to your customers. All I can figure is that this rude woman or one of their employees damaged the vehicle and is using my damage waiver that I purchased to cover the damages that I DID NOT DO. It's extremely insulting. And, my Uber driver, Brittany, was at the facility waiting for me to give me a ride home and can be a witness that I did not do what they are accusing me of. The guy from the corporate office is no help either. He just directed me to talk to these crooks to request the video. They won't show me the video because one doesn't exist. I will never do business here again. In fact, I will probably never use U-Haul again due to lack of support in this matter.

Do not recommend this place to rent a u haul. Disagreement over the level of gas cost me an extra $20. Manager Specifically said the tank was less than 3/4. He then turns and charges me for 3/4 tank, even though I filled it back with 5 gal to the level I received it (Meter on truck even started I had only used 5 gallons). Upon returning vehicle, store was closed early at 3:00 p.m. even though it was supposed to stay open till 430. UNFORTUNATE experience which cost them a repeat customer.

The only problem I had was that the truck's fuel tank was not topped off by the previous user. Even though the fuel gauge read full. I ended up putting 8.8 gallons of gas in the tank for a 32 mile trip. I'm not happy with this part the the rental process.

The lady at the front desk did everything she could do to help. But the equipment didn’t work. Her credit card machine wasn’t working. Nor did her computer work to process it. It took around 30 minutes just to get the credit card to work. It only did because she called someone for help to process it

Your district messed up my reservation ask for supervisor was on hold for over a hour called uhaul on another phone spoke to another supervisor from pinellas county still waiting to hear from supervisor from Hillsborough county probably would still be on hold also very disappointed ask for conversation to be recorded they refused to even though you brag about being able to have conversation recorded
