I'm not sure who the lady was that checked me in, but the whole experience with her was excellent. I definitely reccomend this place.

I was told that the tank was full when I picked up the truck. The gauge read full as well. I drove a total of 16 miles. When I stopped to fill the tank, I put in 4.5 gallons. Obviously, the tank was NOT full when I got the vehicle despite what the gauge said.

The staff was amazing…. I wasn’t happy with the truck….. I didn’t feel safe driving it bc of the brakes…. I was driving below the speed limit bc of the brakes…. Thank god it was a short drive. I only used 13 miles

This box truck was picked up w/ nonfunctional climate control. The windshield fogged up continuously causing a hazardous driving experience.

I showed up to this location since the truck at the previously reserved location was not available. The customer representative was helpful and very attentive. Despite being alone and very busy, she was able to correct my order and issue us a new truck. This is the second time we have used this location and the service is always fantastic.

Truck had very little fuel, bad muffler made the truck very noisy, broken (shattered) rear view mirror, no lock for the cargo area.

Representative incorrectly recorded odometer reading and never did a walk around the truck just handed keys and said it’s the one down there. At drop off time less than 9 hours later it looked like we drove 1283 miles when we drove 83 so I was changed over $1,000 for miles. We texted the drove off location when we were dropping off and they said they would check before closing the contract but still closed it incorrectly and changed me. I need this resolved ASAP

The counter lady did her job properly. No issues but U haul is becoming insanely expensive. I rent a 15 feet truck only because I needed it to have a ramp. I use the truck for less than an hour and it cost me a whopping $70 dollars. Mileage is up. Your vehicles are all of them over 150k miles and have issues. Insurance is expensive as well. From now on I will consider other alternatives. Very disappointed. Close to two months ago I rent a truck for one day and it end up costing me almost $500 and it was a piece of crap.

The U Haul app is horrendous. Check in was 7am, app did not work, was hung up on by customer service, could not obtain vehicle until 9:30 am. Truck leaked rain water all over furniture. As we live in Florida we can expect mold on our belongings in the very near future. Attempted to seek remedy and was jockied around to various departments with no results.

The previous driver was a smoker and there were cigarette ashes spread around the driver seat..: The truck was old, no USB connection and noisy. Not worth the money spent for such a trip. U-Haul charges too much for such old equipment! It is all about profit and low quality!

As a repeat customer ,it was a quick process to get my truck as was my return of the truck. Do note that side entrance comes up quick going west on 54 so make sure you slow down as you approach the building

I would not recommend sending 20 foot trucks to return at this location in the future. They are not equipped for turnaround of large vehicles. Otherwise, the customer service was absolutely excellent.

Vehicle broke down and when I tried to get help since the mechanic had to drive and hour and a half away from where I was to get a part (not his fault) I called and instead of anyone working with me I was offered a chance to pay for another reservation. This treatment doesn’t make sense and I was down from 10:00am to 3:30pm.

IMPORTANT-------- SAVE YOUR RECEIPT the dear lady had trouble checking me in because the U-Haul system was down... the next day a receipt was emailed to me with an after hours fee... it was later corrected... and a new receipt sent.....3 months later I get an email stating U-Haul is having trouble contacting me because the truck was NOT returned... I called the 888 number 3 times.... one clerk even stated the truck is in your system because its been rented again.....finally searching page after page sent an email to "equipment recovery" threatening to either fix the problem or you will hear from my lawyer and News Channel 8.... Finally, a message was left on my cell phone stating the problem was resolved.... excuse me for being doubtful!!!! I'm carrying the receipt with me 24hrs/7....less the police arrest me for non-return.... Both service centers great..... YOUR computer systems is one big FUBAR!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE your computer systems ....

I was extremely disappointed with the service from U- Haul, not at this location in particular. I reserved a 26’ Truck 10 days in advance at The Seminole FL Location, they called me 3 hours prior to my schedule pick up to inform me that they did mot have a truck, I had to be out of my condo on that day, so I drove for an hour to The Trinity location, lucky for me thst they hsd a 26’ truck available. So unprofessional and inexcusable by The Seminole U- Hual !!!
