I booked the truck 2 weeks in advance looking for a specific location. It changed 2 additional times. You moved me to a place that was NOT open on Sunday, the date of my pickup! He was nice to come in and kept me in the loop on when I could pick it up. I was charged for 2 packages of blankets and dolly. He did not have either of these items. He told me when I dropped off I could get a refund. My drop off was on line only, so there was no one to speak with about a refund.

Business showed that it was supposed to be open on sunday but after calling the owner, I learned that they were not open. Owner did come to give me the keys but it took an hour.
Rigo HThe dealer/rep cancels the online reservation once u return the vehicle saying u need to get contract not just reservation. instead of moving the online registration to contract phase he cancel the online reservation. He made a new reservation at the dealer location again and make the rent twice by entering details by himself and ask us to contact u haul for refund. I’m very disappointed with U-Haul service for getting rental charged two times and never recommend anyone to visit this place as I don’t want u to get charged twice.
