This was a parking lot drop off location. I was unaware that I was supposed to scan anything. I returned the vehicle with the proper amount of gas, yet there was some miscommunication along the lines of gas. I didnt pick it up on full and I returned it at the same amount as I picked it up.
APRIL NIt's was super easy to rent a vehicle using your phone for checking out the truck and when check-in the vehicle
Denise PThey triple charged me for the rental service. When I picked up the truck, it's half tank of gas. Yet, they wrote full tank on the contract. I corrected it immediately. He said that he will adjust when I return the truck. Yet he didn't. I returned the truck with more than half tank of gas. He charged me for full tank of gas. On the day I picked up the truck, I already paid for that day, but he charged me again twice after I returned the truck. Won't recommend this place to anyone. They are scam.
