The AC was not working which made it very uncomfortably on the hot day!!!
Gabriel HI had to restart the app 3 times to take pictures of the rental truck because it kept hanging up. I spent about 30 mins fumbling through the app before going back inside to let the employees know I’m having trouble with the app. It was a waste of my time. It would have been much quicker to do a walk around with an employee who knows what their doing than for he to have to download the app and figure out how to use it and at the end, had trouble with the pictures downloading to your app.
EDWIN SMy first time renting a stroage so I have no clue of what to lol for. Sierra was so helpful if what size is best for my situation. Thanks a million for your kindness and making this moving experience a lot less stressful

fredy zI wish I knew about the gas meter charges beforehand. The gas tank was already near empty on pickup. The parking spot was terrible and difficult to back up in. Nearly impossible without help for an average driver.

THOMAS SSelf check in process is a joke. Trying to unlock the box is ridiculously finicky. Took 3 of us to figure it out. I paid for blankets and a utility cart. Neither were is the truck. Never coming back.

RACHELLE BI was under a time constraint so I used the U-Haul reservation directions. However, it took me to the wrong U-Haul l/there are three owned outlets owned by the same company, apparently. The U-Haul representative was overzealous from the beginning to the end of the rental. She made me feel upset and uncomfortable to the point that I knew before leaving that I would never do business with that particular U-Haul again. The U-Haul representative attempted to sell me insurance to which I said, thank you, but I don’t need insurance as I am fully covered by my provider: Farmers insurance. The U-Haul representative printed out a document read to me that the rental vehicle’s value is $35,000 and she said I was consenting to making immediate and full payment should anything happen to the vehicle during my rental. She explained that the vehicle should be returned with the same amount of gas- I have rented from U-Haul for many years-she was just doing her job. Her emphasis on charging $8 per gallon was a bit much, however. As I was going out the door, she said, “You never know what could happen”. Which completely creeped me out. I have stage four pancreatic cancer, so I am quite sick, with that, I’m not recalling every bit of our conversation. But, one thing is for certain- the representative’s behavior was beyond inappropriate. Sincerely yours, Judith Lester .

RHODA PI really dislike the model of dropping tge van back off. It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to take photos or update the mileage. It doesn't make the rental cheaper It just makes the process worse. Just do your job. While you are at it make sure you fill the wiper fluid and clean the vehicle for the next user.
TIMOTHY BWindshild was filthy on the inside. Tire pressure was low more than 10% in the tires. dashboard could use to be wiped.
CHARLES SThe side mirror is broken and does not stay in place making it safe to drive.

John LDispatcher was friendly but lacked experience with one-way rentals. Fortunately she had a person to call and get directions. The truck was clean and ran well, but it leaked motor oil.

Shannon WEquipment was clean but there was some unnoticed vandalism to the vehicle rented. Some vehicles are at risk where they are stored. Need a more secure parking destination.
David THours are too restricting for a Sunday - closes at 4:00pm. I arrived at 4:15 but was still charged an additional $20 for after-hours return even though I completed the return through the UHaul website. Also, the return instructions are confusing as the first page instructs you to insert the key into the return slot, but then it instructs you to obtain the mileage and fuel level - how are you supposed to do that if you've already dropped the key into the slot?
Ben LHi, at this moment I'm not sure how you could improve customer support and satisfaction, largely due to your team, and manager Barbara Frisbie providing me great support, answering all my questions and walking me thru the rental process in the most upmost professional and helpful manner, The equipment and facility are top notch, the rental truck I rented was clean, operated well and based on Barbara's recommendation was the perfect size truck/van getting the job done in one move. Overall, I give Barbara and Trojan Storage an A+ and will recommend your business to all my family and friends that require moving and storage services. In fact, your business is now my "go to" when in need of moving vans and rental spaces. Thank you! Michael

RUSSELL FI did the drop off return on the Uhaul app. The app had a glitch which prompted a call from Uhaul the next day inquiring if the truck was returned. A follow up call with the rental facility cleared the dilemma.

Jamie WIt was great! Easy to access at 8:00 am. Truck was out in the parking spot, key was in a lock box and then all you do is just use your phone to follow the steps in order to unlock the box. Returned the keys to the lady at the Uhaul location and then I was charged less due to not using the blankets I ordered. Great overall experience!
