The lock for the lockbox is somewhat difficult to open. Perhaps needs to be replaced or serviced.
Phillip dMake sure the sideview mirrors are not so loose. There was a lot of lubricant that made the mirror shake outwards to the point that I had to put tape to hold the mirror inward in place.
MARIA CThe van was really dirty and smelled when I picked it up. The hours the location was open made it difficult to discuss things upon return. Ive also never rented from a location where the truck could not be extended another day before. Other than that it was fine.
VANESSA GIt took over an hour to access the vehicle but we were still charged for the full 4 hours of usage
