Fantastic experience! The Uhaul was parked close to an equipment rack which made taking a photo of the drivers side a little difficult, but otherwise the service was wonderful.

Jordan TStop using the chemical you use to clean the interior of the cab! It stinks like those urinal cakes that public restrooms use. The steering wheel was sticky with it. Seats smelled awful. The cab stunk terribly with that sickly stuff. Also before my trip and to be safe I wanted to check the engine oil before taking my long drive. Could not open the engine hood! The lever inside the cab to release hood was inoperable. Bad maintenance. Also I made the reservation two weeks in advance but even with this advance notice the facility could not get me the size of vehicle I desired. I ended up renting from you a truck two sizes larger than I needed. ( This was the smallest truck they had at this facility) When first getting the vehicle I saw that the windshield was covered with splattered old bugs. I had to get my step ladder out at home and climb up and clean the windshield. The bugs had been on there so long I needed to use a razor blade to clean that large windshield. I needed the truck only for Sunday. Because the facility is not open on Sunday, I had to return the truck on Monday, this Uhaul policy forcing me to pay for two days of rental when I only needed one. On the positive side, and overall the truck ran well. Good power. Good brakes. Disappointing on the other accounts though.

Karen RMake your app and website actually work. All the instructions I received told me to use the app and my order would never appear on the app. Had to call representatives to be helped. For returning the truck I followed the prompts on the website and it told me to be sure to do a self checkout on the app. There is no option for me to do this. My order does not appear on the app. It is absolute dog water.

Nathan WThis truck not only had an engine light on that required an oil change (some concern over the travel distance needed) but horrendous disgusting lingering smell from cigarette smoke from previous renter. Should not have been charged the full amount for a vehicle with possible malfunction and wafting odor.

Damion BPhone check out (in addition to check in) did not go through, had to call U haul to confirm. Nothing about the phone check in or check out process worked.
Chelsea SRip-off on gas. The worker at the counter told me to make sure I brought the gas back at a "smidgen" over 1/4 tank. (His word) I did. A smidgen is defined as "a very small amount, as in a smidgen of cayenne pepper" (Oxford English Dictionary). After I had returned the truck, having put gas in and checked the fuel gauge 1 mile before return, he charged me for overpriced gas that I had not used after I had left the premises. When I called to ask about it, he lied and said "the computer" had determined the fuel was low. That old, dirty, piece of junk truck with165,000 miles on the odometer has no fuel gauge computer. This is a poorly run, dishonest shop.
