If you don’t pick up the truck or return when the business is opened, it is a real pain. You need to be very tech savy. It took 30 minutes to return. I wouldn’t do this process or recommend again.
Edna VNeed to be more specific on online info as for what is available. Some stores have only trailers some only trucks, and most don't answer their phones.

YVONNE GI've rented several times from this location, the only issue I have is that they are sometimes short handed and if multiple customers come in close together you may have a wait to get service. Once they get to you their service is excellent and their equipment is always in good condition.

Steven SI have no problem with my local True Master Storage. The website, the app, and the nasty-clueless after-hours (Sunday) telephone CSR that made picking up the Uhaul an agonizing 90-minute ordeal that made me want to just cancel and carry my crap on my back instead. I will NEVER pick up a unit after hours again.

Deja LEquipment (dolly and blankets) were not with truck. Had to contact uhual and drive to another location to get them.
James PYour system is totally flawed. First, the leasing agent says the receiving location is closed on Christmas Day and, I can return the trailer on 12/26, Then the receiving agent calls me after 5pm on Christmas Day to tell me he is open and I will be charge a ‘Late Fee’ and tells me to call the leasing office to have them extend the return date………. Guess what: they’re closed on 12/26! So, I take the rented trailer to the receiving agent who informed me that he cannot check me in. Really? I say “if I leave here with the trailer still attached, you have to come and pick it up at my home, period.” Check it out and let me know the outcome. ROBERT PI was not told it needed to be returned at 11:50 am in Beaumont, TX.
REGINALD BNeither the pads nor the dolly that were rented were in the truck so unfortunately we had to move without them. The truck is a little rough with the seat ripped but it drove fine. Check in and out were ok but the app took forever - possibly cell coverage in that area is an issue.

THOMAS BI just did a night time drop off. There are no lights on, so finding the location and a place to return the trailer was difficult. I am sure it is a very nice location during the day. Just get some lights.
Richard NI had to have the box shipped somewhere besides my home address because I was told it couldn’t be delivered there. No one suggested that this might be a problem when I rented the box.

CHRISTOPHER SWindshield and mirrors were filthy making it risky especially to back up. Air conditioner didn't work and it's 100 degrees
LOUANNA MShowed up to pick up my trailer and the main light wiring harness was torn in two. They said they had no splicing kit to fix it. I got my own tools out and fixed all the wires myself. This took about 45 minutes to fix in the sun with it being 98 degrees outside. I noticed the tires seemed a little low on air. After I got the trailer home and started to load I looked at tires and they appeared real low. I had to borrow a compressor from my neighbor to put air in. The left tire had 7 lbs and the right tire had 21 lbs. If this location is going to rent trailers they need trained on maintenance procedures before someone really gets hurt.
RICHARD JCustomer service was nice, truck was clean. Somewhat broken by the window on the passenger door, it kept making a noise as I was driving. Not sure what it was and the AC did not work at all! It was so hot. That was the worst part. No AC in 100degree weather
