Nothing to improve. All I had to do was drop it off when I was finished even if it was after hours they were ok with it. I parked it where I picked it up and left. Super easy. Didn’t have to download an app or fill out an online form etc. They checked it in in the morning. I will be recommending the compartment trailer to people with small moves.
