Truck floor was muddy. Noted by person checking it out so that I wouldn't be held responsible. So truck was not clean but no issue for me as it was noted on my paperwork that I received it in that condition.
I had a good experience. People I spoke with were great.
Replace the front tires
The young man at the paint station where I checked out the Uhaul was polite, friendly, respectful, thoughtful, and courteous. He took the time to ensure I received value and had everything I need for my move. He made recommendations and appeared to care. He could have just checked me out, but I appreciate he took the extra 5 minutes to ensure I was taken care of.

There was no drop box for the keys outside. We had to take the key inside to drop it off- it was not an issue for us, but I'm not sure where you would drop the key if you were turning in the truck after store hours.

The small mirror on the passenger side was broken. It would be helpful if that mirror was replaced as it helps to see the blind spot on that side.

Very convenient as when you move the first day you need, this and that. We were able to get some necessities that we needed to put items together during the move.
The people at the location where we rented the trucks were helpful and kind but U-Haul customer support team was not helpful or friendly at all. Our first truck broke down in our driveway after we had loaded it. The second truck was extremely dirty. We had to clean it out before we could use it. The first truck that we got broke down and it took them 3 hours to come help us. The U-Haul customer support team cancelled our call for help and we had to call back again to get help. We drove the truck 3 miles and it would not start after we had loaded the truck. We had to unload the truck and reload another truck after waiting 3 hours. I was very disappointed in U-Haul as a company. I am not sure if I will ever use U-Haul again based on the way your customer support team treated us. They threatened to charge us for the repairs bills since the truck broke down while we were using it. We were charged for 2 trucks but were promised that one of them would come off of our bill.
I would certainly consider renting from this facility in the future.

I had arranged thru your 800 number to drop this trailer off at a uhaul location 6 miles from my final destination. There are three uhaul locations within that 6 mile radius. I was turned away from the assigned location and referred to another. The second location would not take your trailer either. In the end, after having been sent hither thither and yon by Uhaul personell, I drove 35 miles before I finally got a uhaul facility to take the trailer even though the first facility was cleared by your 800 number. After getting the runaround from a number of your facilities I then had to argue with the manager at the drop off location for the refund which I was due as the trailer was returned a day early. Historically, I have used Penske for my long distance moves. I have never been treated by Penske as I have by Uhaul.
Initial checkout was a little slow. Return was FAST!

The straps were an absolute pain to release. A little silicon grease Goes a long way to helping keep things easy to use.

It took an hour to pick up the rental. It was not user friendly for someone without a smartphone. The people at the store were not knowledgeable about the online process. The truck had damage that was not recorded. The process of stating there was a discrepancy was horrible on the phone. As a customer - it was outside in the sun. You can not see to type and upload pictures that you take to proceed with the rental. We reserved a 10 ft truck and was told there wasn't any. Then we were given a different pick up location then we selected. Inconvenient NOT customer friendly.
