I used the car hauler and the top bolt of the caliper mounting bolt broke off during transportation but repwest refused to fix it and said it must have mainly happened before transportation and they don't fix mechanical issues unless their was an accident while towing. Yet the wheel is ratchet strapped to the trailer... Its pretty much the area of the vehicle thay if something couls go wrong it would be there. Just an absurd logic and experience. Not to mention I filled the truck up and drove maybe three miles down the road to turn it in and they still charged me to put more gas in. I will go out of my way to hire another moving company next time and will tell people to steer clear of uhaul.
