Lori RLocation was helpful;however I find the login confusing on the app to pickup a vehicle and the fueling requirements inconsistencies. How do return at the same fuel level wit noting but the gas gage to determine.fuel level. I over paid on fuel.

STEVEN BIt’s nothing with this particular business per se ,but overall it was a bit frustrating trying to get a uhaul business in Branson to give us the data we needed to book our rental…first uhaul place said we couldn’t tow a Chevy Colorado(misunderstanding?)…2nd place, the lady we talked to must not have had good reception bc every question she asked us took her FOREVER to get feedback …and as travelers we were looking to resolve this rental issue quickly….anyway, it was an experience that I hope we don’t do again anytime in the future.

randy CThe trailer worked fine, the brake lights and turn signal lights worked but had no taillights or clearance lights.
Dale WI had completed a pre-register online but had to go through the complete process again. After walking to the other side of the lot to pickup the truck, I had to remove the sun screen/adv from the windshield myself. The windshield was extremely dusty and was covered with bugs. I had requested packing blankets, ended up with none. After the attendant loaded the dollies into the back, I had to show him how to secure the loading door.
