I just rented a tow dolly for a day and everything went fine. The pickup was easy and the drop off too! The tire straps were a bit worn and could be replaced more often but other than that everything went smooth.

I reserved trailer one month prior to pickup (originally in Colville, WA). Area reservation services (I believe Spokane, WA) called two days prior to pick up saying original trailer ordered was in Republic, WA and I could pick it up there. (Obviously I was unhappy to say the least). I finally was assigned a larger trailer in Kettle Falls. (I was teated very well there, Kettle Falls). With one month pre order trailer should have been at original location. (Problem lies with main UHAUL service/reservation center and not local location).

I chose not to add insurance and the guy at the counter added it anyway charged me an extra 15$

Omit the requirement to need to fill out all of the same information at the time of pickup that was filled out online when making the reservation.

Make sure an agent is available to turn the truck in when it is dropped off (have more than one agent that works the whole desk).

Taillights burned work, found that out when I got pulled over, had a flat tire and that took 4 hours to resolve sitting on the side of the road as such there should be spare tires on these things so a customer could just change the tire and be on their way instead of having to wait for hours on the side of the road.

I had no problem renting a uhaul. My issue was the trailer rental and then the return. The place I was suppose to pick it up at closed and didn’t answer their phone so I had no way to get ahold of them. Then I was only given certain times to return the truck and the trailer. I returned the trailer on the 8th and I got the receipt stating I returned it the 10th and I didn’t get a credit showing I returned it early yet I was a few hours late returning the truck bc I couldn’t get through to corporate to change my return place and I got charged an extra $50 bucks. So explain to me how I get charged the xtra for having issues returning the truck and yet I can’t get a refund for returning the trailer early. I will not recommend uhaul to any of my friends bc of the issues I have had. This is insane to charge someone for issues out of their control and not give them credit or refund for returning the truck early. I have a picture on both rentals to show when I returned it so yes I returned the trailer on the 8th not the 10th I would like to have a return on those extra days and I would like my money back for the charge of the extra day for returning the truck.
