Had to stop an hour into trip and have all four tires replaced as the metal threads were showing and it was unsafe to continue. Three hour delay in trip

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe place I got it from didnt give me the info to where it was to be returned. He just said somewhere on Sprague there are alot of return places. But when we went to one they said it is to be returned to a specific place. So having to go down farther to return it I was charged for extra miles. Why wouldn't they have added miles for the delivery destination. So all in all I was disapointed in having to pay extra for the miles. Id say tell the place you get it from to know where the drop off spot is so you dont end up having to do extra running around to drop
Joshua JThe location above is not entirely at fault. Originally I was picking up a 15 foot truck in Colville WA but when I went to get it, the location was closed and had forgotten to set it up as a mobile pick up. The only way to fix it was for me to go to the Kettle Falls location and drive a 10 foot truck with a trailer. The truck had 2 cigarette butts in it so no exactly clean. I was so frustrated because UHaul had called me multiple times asking me to bring a trailer to the Portland area and I had said no because I was not comfortable doing that as it was my first time driving a truck. In the end, I still had to drive a trailer and wasn’t even offered the $450 that U-Haul had offered me when they wanted me to drive it. The whole experience was awful. I had flown in to pack up a house and move to the west side of the state so I felt like I had no options but to drive what they had.
