I just rented a tow dolly for a day and everything went fine. The pickup was easy and the drop off too! The tire straps were a bit worn and could be replaced more often but other than that everything went smooth.
Patrick CI reserved trailer one month prior to pickup (originally in Colville, WA). Area reservation services (I believe Spokane, WA) called two days prior to pick up saying original trailer ordered was in Republic, WA and I could pick it up there. (Obviously I was unhappy to say the least). I finally was assigned a larger trailer in Kettle Falls. (I was teated very well there, Kettle Falls). With one month pre order trailer should have been at original location. (Problem lies with main UHAUL service/reservation center and not local location).
TIMOTHY MI chose not to add insurance and the guy at the counter added it anyway charged me an extra 15$
Brandon HOmit the requirement to need to fill out all of the same information at the time of pickup that was filled out online when making the reservation.
