The trailer leaked quite a bit, damaging a tv and some art from my house. I am not satisfied at all with the rental.

While friendly, the staffing is very limited and it’s hard to find personnel as they seem very busy with their garage. The parking lot is cramped and full of big potholes.

i was directed to drop unit off at one location that was closed. i called and was directed to this location that was supposed to be open. i arrived before 3 oclock on saturday and this location was closed. i was directed to drop the trailer at this location and take a picture of it delivered. i did all that and was charged $20 dollars for late delivery when, in fact, i delivered the unit ahead of schedule. people on phone were great and i feel the late fee was unjust.

Picked up trailer a day early (at no extra charge ) due to the holiday. Staff at the site was very friendly. Hooked up trailer. Would definitely use these guys again. Only problem I have is U-haul doesn't supply a spare tire for the trailer, which is okay if you travel where there is cell coverage. Should have an option for paying extra for the use of a spare, with liability coverage.

Clean the inside of the vehicle. Spilt drinks, dog hair, enough sun flower seeds to get through a baseball game on the floor along with dog food. Clean the outside bugs off once a year. 10 minutes with a pressure washer would make a big difference. This was a substitute truck with over 80,000 miles. The poor thing was filthy. Yes, I cleaned it. Inside and out. I pulled the one piece floor mat, vacuumed and washed the entire inside. It was filthy. Not suitable to be rented in my opinion. The rear was not clean and the renter blew it out while I waited. When we pulled the ramp out it was covered in what looked like hay. We cleaned it off. The right front tire was badly worn and barely legal. None of the tires on this truck will pass inspection for the BC winter tire regulations. The steering wheel was never centered when the alignment was done and is 30° to 40° to the left. To my surprise the truck went down the road straight. When turning hard left or right there is front end clunking, this unit needs a ball joint and linkage inspection. On the positive side it ran well and the transmission seemed good. The oil was reasonably clean and in the safe zone. The coolant color is normal. The oil pressure was normal and there was no over heating. The windshield wiper blades were marginal so I brought along a new set of quality blades incase we ran into rain and need to see better. I did not change the wipers blades. This truck was quieter than the newer truck we had in July. The newer truck had better seats than this old girl.

Waited in line for 45 minutes to get the truck - put us way behind schedule. This location was fine - friendly helpul staff, etc - it was Uhaul itself calling me every hour to change our reservation - bigger truck - difficult with a ferry reservation, different pickup location - different drop off location, it was a nightmare and made the move triple stressful. Will not rent a truck from Uhaul again if i can help it.

The truck cab was reasonable, the box was a filthy and not inspected. I had to sweep it before use and I accumulate a couple cups of sand and dirt, including the loading ramp. Windshield was a bug fest of bug debris. Not impressed and we have one more rental to complete this move.

Truck needed a wheel alignment and as we traveled and it rain a couple times we had 2 queen and 1 single mattress soaked and 4 boxes of stuff that was also damaged.

Did self drop off of car hauler and found location convenient and easy to find. Did not have any interaction with staff so can’t comment on that.

I must have failed to check the odometer before I left. I was charged for traveling 20 miles when I tracked only 17 kilometers of travel on my phone. Wasn't too happy about that.
