I had two issues. First issue was I had a 330pm appt on yesterday 11/29 and the customer didn't show. I called the office and the lady asked if I wanted to reschedule I said yes and she said a $50 credit will go towards my account. Next day 11/30 I go to new location and the credit wasn't applied at all. The lady documented I was suppose to call but didn't tell me anythingâ€¦ Second issue is that the new location I was at didn't have an appliance nor utility dolly. She called at least 5-6 different dealers to find me one and she did. I truly appreciate her doing that. When she was looking in the system they all said the equipment was available but when she called none were there. The system needs constant updates on that. They said they were open until 6PM . My pickup time was 5PM. I got there 7 minutes late but no one was there. I went through the mobile checkout process with phone support but the doors to the truck were locked. I had to cancel the car hauler I had reserved forcing my wife to drive the car. Fortunately, phone support found another truck local. However I had to wait a while for the regional guy to show up. When I got into the truck, it didn't have enough gas to get me the few miles down the road to my house. I filled it up with fuel immediately. Prior to returning the truck I checked the rental agreement to verify the truck had marked as being on empty. It was marked as full. The truck itself was clean and no mechanical issues. However, in-person customer service SUCKED! Phone support was good though! Very disappointing experience with U-Haul.JASON S.

Person was rude and refused to write me a receipt showing trailer was returned even though thier system was down. Several calls to uhaul to ensure it was closed resulted in over a week of waiting, broken promises that someone would get this settled and contact me. Return location person refused to answer phone with exception of one time and then they are rude and put me on hold indefinitely. Overall it was an unpleasant experience that will cause me to consider not using uhaul in the future.Janet B.
The lady in charge went above and beyond to handle my rental. I made Reservations Online 2 days before An hour later U-Haul called me And changed the location to another one . Turned out both online locations were no longer serving U-Haul . When I arrived in town and tried to locate the second location I had to drive up and down the streets until I found this particular Location . She went online Corrected everything and I was able to rent the car carrier fromduane S.
My tow dolly was not available when I got there to pick up. She had to take me to two other locations to find one. She was super nice, but getting everything picked up was a goat rope, and I already had to drive to Macon from Warner Robins. Was promised a 50 dollar credit for the trouble, but the return agent didn't see it on my reservation.Joshua C.

No one was at the location to let me into my truck. I called the number on the door and they said they were out of town. Had to work with UHaul to track down a replacement truck. The replacement truck then did not have the dolly I ordered. Lost several hours on my moving day.Brandon S.
OVER CHARGED!!! WHEN CALLED TO ASK ABOUT THE EXTRA AMOUNT TAKEN OFF MY DEBIT CARD, THEY CAN NOT FIND MY ACCOUNT, WAS TO GET $10.00 CREDIT, I HAVE IN WRITING, HAVE NOT GOT THAT EITHER!!!!
