The only problem I had was that they were not aware that I was coming and I selected to do the online check-in but if I would have shown up as planned after hours then I wouldn't have had a Uhaul. Luckily i showed up early but this is not the 1st time this has happened with a Uhaul broker so something needs to be fixed in that regard.
