I was initially concerned about renting from this location due to some bad reviews but the 15ft truck I rented was very clean and we had no issues. The entire experience was very good.

The electrical wiring harness went out the morning g we’re leaving. Spent hour getting new one. Last 30 miles of trip, trailer became “disconnected” and I had no turn signals or brake lights on trailer. Trailer leaked water and damaged my daughter’s desk. I have pictures to provide. I would like a claim for the desk.

JEFFREY WThe App process for non skilled people was confusing and slow. I would have thought pre informed would had speed up the process but it’s double the work. WARNING on the pull out ramp the last foot had been spot wielded at a different angle and is about a 2 inch drop. I fell 3 times because of that drop. PLEASE fix it.

ALEX ESomeone from U-Haul called from a 615 number and asked me to pick up my u-haul a day earlier at no extra charge and with a 50 dollar discount. This wasn’t reflected on my account. Other customers may I’m find this troublesome if they are in a similar situation.

Stephen WI went over my guesstimated mileage by 6 miles, roughly $4.70. But I brought the vehicle back with more than a 1/2 of a tank which was a 1/4 more than required roughly 10 gallon of gas $39.00, but I don’t get credit for the difference and still get charged the $4.70 and can’t get my 39.00 back. This is the first time I’ve had this happen. While equipment was clean, lady was very pleasant and thorough, just felt like we could call it even on the mileage besides I had already paid $50 just for mileage, so it wasn’t like I was trying to get it for free.

Thomas SI did not have any trouble dropping off my equipment. The establishment was closed, by the online checkout process was simple. I was able to park in a reasonable spot and the Key Drop Off Box was easily visible.

John FPlease make sure to visual inspect all tires, I left the place of business and when I got home the tire was flat. I had to plug the tire as I needed it. Please call me to resolve.
